Pública e do povo pernambucano, a TV Pernambuco leva conteúdo para dezenas de cidades do Estado. Diante da diversidade de espectadores, começamos nossos estudos em busca de novas maneiras de apresentar a TVPE. Elaboramos um manual de uso para a marca que fosse coerente com a Comunicação Pública e que dialogasse com as tendências e inovações características dos meios transmidiáticos. Para desenhar esse novo horizonte, usamos um conjunto de suportes da comunicação textual e visual que, combinados entre si, fortalecem nossa imagem para o público.

I am a professional with 18 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design and Digital Project Management, working at the intersection of strategy, governance, user experience and execution. Throughout my career, I have led and integrated complex projects, connecting creative, technical and institutional teams with a strong focus on predictability, efficiency and real business impact.
I work with a PMO-driven approach, structuring processes, prioritizing demands, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, timelines, scope and objectives. My specialty is turning ideas into scalable products, platforms and experiences, with a systemic, results-oriented mindset.
Main results:
● Designer Revelation PE 2021, for the new brand and visual identity of TV Pernambuco.
●Development of the TV Pernambuco website and its first online broadcast, in partnership with Dailymotion and YouTube.
● UX/UI Designer for the applications of the French Roller & Skateboard Federation, including:
- Skate School (learning, finding skate parks and coaches)
- Athlete evaluation platform for competitions and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games
● Graphic designer for two winning political campaigns in Brazil (2022).
●Digital project that reached 4.5 million online users during the Pernambuco Football Championship (2021).

EXPÉRIENCE
PMO | Project Management & Institutional Events
Ideia Marketing
Jun 2024 – Dec 2025, Recife
Worked as PMO in the end-to-end management of large institutional events for AMUPE, with a focus on governance, team integration, timeline control, risk management and delivery. Responsible for coordinating two high-impact projects: the Novos Gestores Seminar (keynote reception and training for mayors) and the 8th Pernambuco Municipalities Congress.
Led the planning and execution of all project streams, including schedules, milestones, approval flows and stakeholder management (AMUPE, sponsors, partners and suppliers). Acted as the interface between creative, production, commercial and institutional teams, ensuring strategic alignment and predictability.
Managed the layout of booths and activation areas, as well as space sales and contracts, involving 20 companies at the Seminar and 155 exhibitors at the Congress (55 public institutions and 100 private companies). Coordinated venue mapping (Hotel Canarius and Convention Center), signage, audience flow and experience zones.
Also led the orchestration of simultaneous training sessions, with parallel rooms and multiple content tracks, ensuring logistics, scheduling and integrated operations. Supervised the creation and application of the visual identity, ensuring standardization and communication consistency.
My role was to integrate all project fronts into a PMO governance and execution model, ensuring control, efficiency and excellence in the delivery of large-scale events.
Senior User Interface Designer
Schneider Electric
May 2024 – May 2025, Paris
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Schneider Electric, I worked on the management and governance of the design system and internal platform layouts, ensuring standardization, scalability and consistency across products.
My role went beyond design: I was responsible for planning, prioritizing and orchestrating design deliveries across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between global teams, timelines and business goals.
I acted as a central point between stakeholders, product, technology and international teams, enabling fluid communication across devices, platforms and regions. I also led the strategic adaptation of interfaces to cultural specificities and local market needs.
I worked with a focus on governance, efficiency and user experience, structuring processes that increased predictability, reduced rework and improved delivery quality, creating intuitive, scalable and high-impact solutions.
Senior UX/UI Product Designer
AJI Creative
Jun 2023 – May 2024, Paris
Worked directly with the CEO, product team and clients to prototype, design and deliver User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, Wireframing, Rapid Prototyping and Design Research, using a lean design process and agile methodology: research, ideation, testing and iteration.
Key achievements:
UX/UI Designer for the new applications of the French Roller & Skateboard Federation.
One of them, Skate School, allows the public to learn, find skate parks and coaches to improve their skills.
The second application was developed to allow athletes and coaches to evaluate performance online during competitions and training, in preparation for the Olympic Games.
Digital Director – UX / UI Product Designer
TV Pernambuco
Sep 2020 – Jun 2023, Recife
Led the conception of the user interface (UI), being responsible for design system governance and the integration between product and development teams, in strategic projects focused on improving interfaces and user experience.
In addition to design, I coordinated design deliveries, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines and objectives, and promoting integration across creative, technical and institutional teams.
Key achievements:
Awarded Designer Revelation 2021 for the creation of the new brand and visual identity of TV Pernambuco.
Planned and managed the development of the website and mobile version, and coordinated the first online broadcast in partnership with Dailymotion and YouTube.
Orchestrated the digital operation that reached 4.5 million online users during the 2021 Pernambuco Football Championship, and signed the graphic campaign again in the following edition.
UI Designer

Ensured visual and functional consistency of interfaces, optimized user experience and applied UI/UX best practices. Designed mobile applications UI, worked on media programming and institutional video production (motion design).
